Refunds/Exchange Policy


We strive to deliver the absolute best in customer satisfaction. All of our products that make it to the website are the best hand selected pieces that pass through our warehouse. If you should find your purchase less than satisfactory, here is our policy for Refund/Exchange:


  1. Items must be RECEIVED by LURE Boutique no later than 15 days after the pieces left OUR distribution center. Please keep in mind that transit time is 2-4 days both ways and plan for transit times in your return. Most USPS shipments with Priority mail is 1 day in Louisiana. 
  2. Items must be UNWORN, UNWASHED AND in their ORIGINAL condition to be eligible for return. This includes makeup & deodorant stains, body odor or cigarette smoke odor.  If you smoke in your home, office or car, please be advised of this policy.  We know the condition the items leave in and their quality. Any tags must be on the garment. 
  3. Items discounted more than 25% cannot be returned.
  4. All sales are final on Sale items. Jewelry, accessories, handbags, candles or socks cannot be returned. 
  5. If you believe that your item may be defected, you must notify us by email within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise we will consider it usual wear and tear. No exceptions.  Please email  
  6. In-store credit only. You must allow 10 days for an email stating the amount of your credit. 
  7. Any returns that do not meet the above criteria are subject to a shipping fee of $5 + a shipping and handling fee of $10. Tracking numbers are recommended when shipping your item back to us as we are not responsible for loss or damage in transit. Shipping is a non-refundable charge. 
  8. Pre-orders are subject to shipping delays beyond our control. Please, make sure you are content with waiting for the item before you purchase. Once the item is has been purchased, the exchange policy goes into effect. No refunds on pre-orders. You can exchange your pre-order for a store credit, if you prefer.
